Nurses recognize the importance of delivering culturally sensitive care to best meet the needs of their patients, residents and clients. This event aims to enhance RPNs’ knowledge of unconscious bias and provide them with a blueprint to help ensure their nursing practice is more inclusive. This session will also introduce WeRPN’s latest resource: the “My Commitment to Cultural Safety” workbook.
