Experiences of RPNs Moral Habitability in LTC during COVID

As a component of the Knowledge to Action Process cycle, this presentation will focus on the findings of Dr. Elizabeth Peter’s research team on what strategies reduce moral distress in registered practical nurses during the COVID 19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic presented significant moral challenges to nurses, resulting in moral distress. 20 RPNs were interviewed.
