The WeRPN Journal is a bi-annual publication released each Fall and Spring, dedicated to showcasing the achievements of Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) while spotlighting opportunities for their professional growth and support. Through its engaging features and timely insights, the journal highlights RPN successes and addresses areas for advancement within the profession.

This Spring Issue features a publication on a participatory project led by VHA Home HealthCare, engaging RPN leaders in home and community care across Ontario to co-design a tool to assist leaders in better supporting their teams. Co-designing places RPN leaders at the center of decision-making so that the tools and strategies developed are directly relevant, practical, and aligned with their needs.
