We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Rosanra Yoon and Attila Kovacs, RPN to present updates on the research study “building psychological safety in LTC: Strengthening equity & trauma-informed organizational capacity”. This three year project is a partnership between academic researchers, health system decision makers, WeRPN, RNAO and OPSWA with a goal to work together with LTC workers and decision makers to co-create equity and trauma informed interventions that support organizational capacity to support LTC workforce psychological well-being.
