Sharing the Research Fellowship Experience – Unique Opportunities for RPNs

Lyra and Natalie will present about the fellowship experience from their own perspectives. Lyra will detail the firsthand experience of going through the fellowship program and talk about what she learned, how she engaged in a stepwise approach to a qualitative study, and the benefits of the research fellowship.  Natalie will talk about the study that was used as the platform for Lyra’s fellowship as well as the mentoring side of the experience (how the fellowship was designed and carried out). We will both share key takeaways from our collaboration.
