As nurses, focusing on self-care helps to ensure we provide optimal care to patients, residents, and clients. This full-day workshop is designed to give RPNs an opportunity to reflect and offers tangible tools and resources that promote resilience and support self-care. Participants will receive an individual resilience assessment and begin building a resilience plan to enhance their personal well-being.
