WeRPN joined the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA-AIIC) and the Nurse Practitioners’ Association of Ontario in urging the government to take steps to ensure nurses have access to the protective equipment they need to safely deliver care throughout COVID-19 pandemic. We also called on the government to mandate employers to err on the side of caution and use precautions against airborne hazards.
