This workshop will help RPNs connect with their leadership potential and inspire passion in their nursing practice. Participants will receive resources to help them be more intentional on their career path and set objectives to support their leadership vision.

A limited number of participants will also be eligible to sign up for a follow-up half-day workshop on March 14th, 9am-12:30 pm , for those who aspire to hold a formal leadership role, to develop a strategic career plan. This event is to be held in the same location.
